Above Realty is a family-run Real Estate Brokerage with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. Our agents have extensive knowledge on the process of buying and selling both residential and commercial properties. However, we are not just your average brokerage. At Above Realty, we strive to provide you with expert service at a fraction of the price. Above Realty was founded with one goal in mind - to provide exceptional service to our clients, while also saving them money. Purchasing or selling a property can be very costly, but it doesn't have to be.
Low Flat Fee
At Above Realty, we do not operate on a traditional commission model. We operate on an all-inclusive low flat fee model. Our clients know what they will pay from the beginning of the buying or selling process. On average, costs are $10,000.00 less than the traditional commission based model. That’s more money in your pocket.
No Legal Fees*
When you are buying or selling a home, it is necessary to involve a real estate lawyer. Lawyers are used for Title Searches, Mortgage Review, Title Transfer, etc. However, lawyers often become involved in the process after an Agreement of Purchase and Sale has been signed. This is an additional risk for you! At Above Realty, we have lawyers on hand to review your Agreement of Purchase and Sale before it is submitted or accepted. This means that you will have expert legal advice before entering into one of the biggest contracts of your life. This service is offered to all clients with no additional fees involved.
In a traditional commission based model, legal fees are always excluded. That means after you purchase or sell a property, you need to pay your legal fees on top of your commission. We do not operate like that - every quote is inclusive of legal fees. That means you can save on average an extra $2,000.00.
