YES! If you become a client of Above Realty, our independent lawyers will take care of the legal side of any standard transaction. This way, you never see a bill and still know your legal rights are protected for your purchase or sale. We pay them out of the amount we get paid. It's that simple.

Commission rates have remained unchanged for many years, with the average being between 2.5 and 5 percent. As home prices have risen, so too has the commission amount that you pay. We believe this has become too high and are striving to bring a better way - one that focuses on excellent client service regardless of the price of their home. 

While it is ultimately up to you, we suggest you do offer the standard commission to the other side. This is to create an incentive for all the buyer or seller agents in your area to bring their clients to your home. However, if we receive a call from someone who isn’t an existing client and not represented by an agent, who saw your home through our advertising and marketing efforts and would like to make an offer we discount the cooperating commission.
